At Kew Cars we ensure your booking runs as smoothly as possible. If you are arriving at the Airport we monitor your flight closely to ensure that Airport Taxi is there ready to greet you once you exit arrivals, and get you underway with the minimum of fuss.
Your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point within your chosen terminal. This will be detailed on your confirmation email.
We include 30 minutes free waiting and associated parking charges within your fare. If we are waiting longer than this additional charges could apply.
When booking your vehicle please use the vehicle guide and ensure that you book the correct vehicle.
We can supply child seats, however the drivers do not carry these and have to collect them from the office. We are happy to use your child seat and store this until your return when we collect you.
We plan your journey to ensure there are no taffic delays and will advise you in advance if there is a need to adjust your pick up time to allow for this.
For arriving flights these are monitored closely to ensure that we do not dispatch your driver too early and so that you are not inconvenienced.

We work for a number of Councils supplying SEND and ASC transport to or from Regular or Special Needs Schools. We welcome any opportunity to be acredited to any Dynamic Purchasing Platform Frameworks in whichever area.
If a Passenger Assistant is required we can assign fully documented P.A.'s to the route.
We currently run saloon and MPV vehicles licensed to carry between 4 and 8 passengers. The vehicle size will be taken into account when quoting for all particular Runs.
In the event of holiday cover, breakdown, illness etc we have system in place to notify everyone of the temporary change of either personel or vehicle. Once the cover reverts to teh original staff etc we will also notify everyone so that all interested parties are kept fully informed.
When we are successful in securing a school run one of the manage ment will map out the most efficient and time sensitive route to ensure that the driver that is allocated has training and a specific route planned for him.
Should any temporary roadworks appear on the specific route we would look to see if there is an efficient diversion we could mak.
